Clothing choices are very dependent on theme and style! We review what you hope to get out of your session, and offer suggestions on how to best achieve your dream outcome.

How do I choose the right location for my portrait photoshoot?

We offer both in studio and on location sessions. Things we’ll consider during your free consultation include location, timing, and weather.

What is the best lighting for portrait photography?

I bring the light!! No matter if we’re at our studio or at the beach, I make sure to control lighting and outcome! Don’t worry, we can match natural light and not make your images look “flashy” or overly lit.

How can I look natural and relaxed in my portraits?

I have taken 10’s of thousands of photos! I’ll guide you through the process, Crack jokes, and help you through the entire process.

What kind of makeup and hair styling is best for portrait photos?

Portrait makeup is not the same as everyday makeup. We team up with professional hair and makeup artists to give you that polished look.

How long does a typical portrait photography session last?

Our sessions vary based on multiple factors, including number of looks, location, theme, etc. Expect to spend a couple of hours with us, but don’t worry, time moves fast when you’re having fun!

What should I do to prepare for my portrait photography session?
